We use only ceramic bricks to build them. This house is built of "Keramcomfort 2NF" bricks. 380 mm thick masonry together with the insulation result in a 500 mm load-bearing walls.
Ceramic bricks have several advantages:

• high frost resistance;
  
• good sound insulation;
  
• low degree of water absorption;
  
• firmness and durability.

And due to the fact that the load-bearing walls and partitions are both built of bricks, the walls serve as a heat accumulator. So your home takes much longer to cool.

This roof is worth pride - moisture protection, vapor barrier, and of course 200 mm mineral wool insulation. And soft shingles on the top of the OSB boards and underlayment.

By the way, the manufacturer's guarantee for the roofing material is 25 years.

The wood for the facade was an inspired choice and it was inspired by the Alpine chalets.
That's why we use wood processing technology of the Austrian company "ADLER-Werk Lackfabrik Johann Berghofer GmbH".
Just like the wood for the Alpine houses the wood we use is dried, grinded, soaked, primed and painted in the factory.

That allows the planks of the facade remain unchanged for as long as the trees in a changeable mountain climate.

All our houses are decorated with ''Baumit'' silicone-silicate plaster. This premium range decorative water-repellent plaster is breathable, durable, elastic and resistant to the aggressive environmental conditions.

Also, this plaster is self-cleaning and can be easily washed.

Depending on the configuration, we use windows of two market leaders - ''Korsa'' (Rehau 70) or ''Glasso'' (Glasso 7s). Two-chamber energy-efficient double-glazed windows and a five-chamber profile are our standard when glazing houses. Add it to a high-quality installation and up to 10 years guarantee.

And deduct the problems with freezing, noise and safety.

This will be the formula of an ideal window.

Depending on the purpose, we use insulation with a thickness of 100 mm (on the facade) or 200 mm (on the roof). But the choice of material remains unchanged - mineral wool. You can endlessly list its advantages over foam. Such as fire resistance, environmental friendliness, and vapor permeability. Not to mention how soundproof it is. The only drawback of mineral wool is its high price. Fortunately, it is not in our rules to save on building materials.
